First match

I got home this morning, and after a shower and breakfast, we headed to power league for Thomas's first match of the season. He was very excited! Their team has a lot of relatively new players, and definitely need some work (the other team were miles better!) but they all had fun and he was very proud of the assist he played which let another boy score.
Tracey, dave and Sam came to watch him play too, which also made it easier to keep an eye on Chloe, who just chased around the field at the side.
I had a nap this afternoon - I only meant to go for an hour or so, but I didn't wake up til tea time! I obviously needed it!
This evening we got a video call from Joe and amelia with some exciting news... Joe (finally!) proposed, and amelia said yes!!!
