Oh No!

This shocked face is the result of not being well grounded. This adapter is meant to be used when there is a 3 prong plug with only a 2 prong outlet. The gound is the tab that get screwed down to the outlet. This didnt happen. Please people, check to make sure you ground these, every time. Read more here.
