Creatures!

The RSPB Reserve at Sandy looked beautiful today, perhaps as a result of having been closed for several months.  Much of the vegetation has grown enough to change the views on the heath, while the recent rain probably lies behind the lush greens of the canopy where the more mature trees lord it over the incomers.

Of course I just had to make it monochrome, but I left the RSPB Love frame in colour (in the Extra), although I couldn't fathom just what it was supposed to be framing.  We could hear a buzzard calling while we were out on the heath; it was a tranquil and calming place to be.
