Down town this afternoon. Closed our last account with the Bank of Scotland. Been a customer for 30 yr including during their torrid relationship with Halifax. I was told our account couldn’t be transferred to an online one without several steps and an appointment; none of which I sought.

Walked along the beach head. A high tide coming, surf was up. And haar rolled in early evening.
