Exchanged cars today in pouring rain that continued for most of the rest of the morning and afternoon. A somewhat spontaneous purchase – at least the timing of it took me a little by surprise, although I have been considering a replacement for a number of months. Disappointing that the GPS system did not come as standard however I brokered a reasonable deal and had it installed as an extra, it is superior to the SEAT one, and has the facility to input OS co-ordinates which is extremely helpful when locating random rural carparks in the middle of nowhere.

Spent the late afternoon (after a short walk to retrieve the mats from the old car, only to discover they are IBIZA specific – they fit though) re-watching Line of Duty and its impossibly difficult to follow plot twists and turns. Keeley Hawes almost unrecognisable.
