Open!

Drove to Alston today to visit the whole food shop as it's the nearest place to buy our favourite organic yoghurt! Picked up bread flour too. Alston is only a small local town but today was the busiest I've seen it in several months, with quite a few of the small independent shops reopened. Apart from the mask wearing it was close to normal.
Drove up to a friend's house to drop off a hat she left behind last week. En route I met another friend just leaving her allotment, so we stopped and chatted for a while and arranged to meet in a local coffee shop, another independent, tomorrow with a couple of other friends. 
On Wednesday afternoon I'm meeting with my matting group friends in one of their gardens.
Life is feeling a little bit normal.
