Best part of the day!

The rain arrived just before 10 and stayed all day...so it was good to have the first of the three dog walks with the early sun. Very good meetings on human rights and the right to a healthy env as well as on the post Brexit environment governance model for Scotland. And then of course there was England’s catastrophic education foul up and the wholly neutral and possibly contemptuous Ms Wark.
