Down by the riverside

Its been a very hot day again today,Marie and I went for a swim day at the Bay to cool off,but the evening has got warmer. I went out to the river as last night the sunset looked fantastic on the river so I thaught I would see what it was like tonight,last night I saw it on the way back from a call out and tonight I got a callout when I was trying to capture this image,I can't seem to win. Well after yesterdays effort from Millie I am feeling even more proud not only did Millie become a new Champion she ran a Personal Best Time (PB) previously 10:36 yesterday 10:30.60 way to go Millie and her last 400m was 10seconds faster than the lap before and beat the leader of the race by over 150m
