Notes: Up early and online by 7a for start of long and depressing day, even tho I finished early. Rest of day just felt overwhelming sad and darkness again and crawled in bed before 7p. Didn't sleep right away but awake at midnight for hours. Wrote the email to turn down the job and finally back asleep for a bit after 5a.
