Snack time

We now encourage Shadow to eat as much as he can as often as he wants. Sometimes it’s just easier to give him the tin and let him get on with it!

He seems to forget what he’s doing quite often. He’ll eat some then wander off. I find if I follow him and quickly put the bowl of food infront of him again he’ll stop and eat some more. He takes his thyroid tablets ok, but his kidneys are failing so we know it’s only a matter of time.

The next trip to the vets will be his last, but for now, whilst he seems content enough, we’ll just keep following him around with his food a few times a day.

And keep him away from next doors dog who he tries to kill if he can get at her!! Life in the old cat yet!
