Glutton for punishment

As I have decided to make more granny squares and turn them into another blanket. I’m choosing to use colours that don’t necessarily go together but are bright and cheerful.

Earlier we nipped to Primark as I wanted some of their ‘velvet’ coat hangers and I picked up a maxi dress - well it was only £15 so rude not to. It fits reasonably well so I’m pleased with my impulsive purchase.
Also went to the craft store to pick up more wool - including very thin wool to try making Arumiguri animals. Miss PHL is keen to try also so figured I’d better learn so I can teach her.

Dreich and misty here today - hope it clears overnight as I’m walking with a friend tomorrow.
