Don't Look Back

Have you ever had that feeling that someone was watching you?

We went into Stratford this morning to buy a couple of things and have a drink.  The cafe is on the High Street near Debenhams.  This store has not survived the pandemic, in fact its days were numbered before it started.  The windows have been taken over by the Stratford based Escape Arts.  The High Street windows have some great photos of "now and then", pictures taken at the beginning of the 1900s and present day of the same sites on the town centre streets.  Quite a contrast.

The Bell Court window has this scruffy looking rabbit modelling a modern suit whilst being watched by a young lady. It's difficult to know what she's thinking!

Later this evening we met Tom and Rachel at Broom Tavern for a meal and a drink.  It's Tom's birthday tomorrow, he'll be 27.  We had a really nice evening, and lovely meal, at a very reasonable price once the Eat Out discount was taken off.
