Colourful Comfort Food

Another day of sunshine and showers; finishing with the most spectacularly downpour.  No wind, just bucket loads of water.  I have never seen the road in front of the house so flooded, fortunately one gulley worked heroically throughout and the main carriageway cleared.

We cooked a quick meal using some frozen lamb burgers on halloumi fries, with salad and home-made salsa, with my new secret ingredient!  (Radish really adds to the crunch.). We surprised ourselves with how colourful and tasty it looked, and tasted!
