#413... Injured...

While out walk this morning I put my right foot and and then I heard a pop/snap and instant pain and had to limp 1km back to my car... I can't get in to see my GP till lunchtime tomorrow so I've had the foot elevated and have been using ice packs... It's really sore even after taking all my usually pain medications for everything else...
