An excellent ride this morning - road bike stayed tucked up in bed as it refused to get sleet, gunk, road salt and grime on its delicate little wheels.

Mtn bike was panting, tongue hanging out at the garage door however ready to go.

I brought back most of the Trent Valley on my face however.
