Hampsfell

A walk up onto Hampsfell with T.  Good leg stretch after a couple of weeks of little active walking.  This was a new route for me (and steeper and longer) going through Eggerslack Woods but very enjoyable.  Rain held off and it was quite warm and humid.  

Good catch up with T and lovely to see Z, her dog.  I have a nice glow now.

Phone call with No 2 son this afternoon - worries about his job continue.. Oh dear!
