Umbrella

Indie shielding Barley from the rain.  Both kids took an umbrella on our walk.

A bit of a wash out today, with constant heavy rain.  It seems the weather is kind of all or nothing at the moment - nothing in between.

Z and I are on day 4 of a pretty basic diet and cleanse and in that short time i have lost 5 pounds which is pretty crazy.  But it has come with a brain fog and a few headaches.

Its been a pretty quiet day and im not sure i have much more to report.
