The jolly Ostler

It rained cats and dogs all day today! Normal summer service returns then.

Lunch and a walk around Shoreham with Eileen and Mike was the plan, lunch was perfect, no walking though. The Kings Arms pub has what is believed to be the only "Ostler" box left, their job was to look after customers horses whilst the owners had a drink or several. This poor chap seems to have been left alone too long.
