Spotty Man

This guy was doing his best to liven up a thinning crowd in Marienplatz. There was some kind of party happening, with lots of drinking and lots of caramel-covered nuts being eaten, all in the biting cold.

This will be my entry for this week's challenge on the theme of "spots"
