A month late?

About 13 months ago, not quite to the day, we went to a small, almost secret nursery out **"in the wilds of Wanney".  Both Clicky and I bought the same variety of Alstroemeria, in flower at the time of purchase.  These are the first to show this year, looks like a promising "Crop" though.
When I first saw them I thought the grey(ish) "smudges" were signs that the flowers were past their best; further study proved me wrong, a brand new flower has the same greyness.
