Rain clouds at Monaco

It's rained pretty much all day.  I did manage to sneak out between downpours to get to the supermarket and then down to Monaco for a squiz at the clouds and the birds.  No birds worth talking of but plenty of mean looking clouds.

In COVID news today, there were 5 new community cases today bringing our active case total to 101.  We're approaching the lead in to decision time about whether regions will move from their current alert levels.  I know businesses are hurting, but the efforts made in Auckland seem to be paying dividends, both for Auckland communities and for the rest of the nation.  Time will tell whether this will be a short, sharp period of restriction or a more protracted and drawn out period.  Keep up the good work everyone........short term pain for long term gain it the plan.
