Twisted hair

Today's challenge being "twisted" it took me a while to think of things, randomly took photos around my house and field, of fenceposts, barbed wire and various ropes but I wasn't happy - then the answer was literally staring me in the face - my beautiful daughter sitting on a pallet twisting her her - it took one shot and here it it :)
