Gin o’clock

I’ve hit the bramble gin following a day of viewing houses, arranging more viewings, trying to get the boiler fixed, and filling in all the house sale forms. I’d forgotten what hard work it all is, having not done it for about 17 years.

The leak detector guy didn’t think it was a problem with the external pipes, so there’s now a plumber coming on Monday to look at things indoors. Meanwhile, we’re using the immersion heater.

In other news, we really like one of the properties we viewed today. Mr DA has the day off tomorrow and we’re viewing another 6 properties and then (hopefully) we can put an offer (fingers crossed).
