Jane’s farewell

We said our final goodbyes to Jane today, 84 years of life well spent. It was a well arranged socially distanced service near Largs, which included a webcast for those unable to attend. My eulogy seemed to go down ok, but I was more than a bit anxious, and croaked a few times.

The most difficult part was for people who love each other, who hadn’t been able to see each other for most of this year, and we couldn’t even hug. 

Some decompressing time by the Firth of Clyde needed afterwards.
