Work Progresses
I spent the afternoon working on The Red House. This is really just a record shot, so I can remeber how it all is, after the innards are covered by the membrane and cladding planks. Basically the house is built of timber frames, the gaps in the frames are filled with insulation and a skin of wood covers both the inside and the outside.
By the end of the day the sections of insulation that had mouse tunnels in them had been replaced, and the waterproof breathable membrane was neatly in place, tacked down so I could easily see the timber baulks. I'm now ready to start screwing the fascade planks into place.
