LD 150. Popular with the bees.

A mild morning, we walked locally before coffee outside. At lunch time we watched First Minister’s Questions; 150 days of lockdown restrictions today - several new relaxations on Coronavirus route map announced. Regrettably 70 cases today, although from a few known locations or establishments. Zero deaths. Good.

The National Trust for Scotland has reopened some of its gardens recently. We went to Kellie Castle gardens; a good choice. Fine kitchen garden for the big house, and some heritage collection plants. Also some lovely beds and borders, the flowers popular with the bees. Not at all busy, a nice covid19 safe visit. And good for wellbeing.

Had a WhatsApp chat with a friend I used to work with; a great guy.

Family well. Younger son full of schoolteacher chat and much more.
