Cendré de Lune

Cheese. I love cheese. This one is called Cendré de Lune or Wrapped in Moon's Ashes. It does look like the Moon. Soft and creamy and beautiful to see when unwrapped. Quebec is a great producer of cheeses and has won many prices internationnally. I will try to photograph the inside of the Fromagerie or cheese store when I next go to Jean-Talon's market.
