Kellaways
I went back to The Nook on Thursday for a third overview of the auction property and obtained some valuable information and advice. I didn't take any pictures there on this occasion, although I went on to explore both Marshfield and North Wraxall afterwards.
However I did stop by the River Avon at Kellaways on the way back. The area nearest to the road has much changed, with an irrigation ditch that drains into the river now running all around the field behind my "office", and an angler's path on the north side of the road and river has been taken away.
This was taken from the path to the south, heading towards Peckingell. The afternoon was grey and damp, and the reason for the saturated colours and apparent glow in this picture, is that I used the Olympus Tough's 'Pop Art' effect setting.

The Strypes - I'm Shakin' (2012)
The Strypes (average age: 15) cover Jack White's version of the Little Willie John song I'm Shakin' for The Irish Times' Ticket Album Club. I've already featured Jack White's version; this one is more stripped down and chilled, especially compared to some of their more blueswailing numbers.
