Gratitude Project Day 224.
Today I am grateful for my foam roller (as well as the Deep Heat patches) that seem to have played a big role in lowering pain levels of my back, and the day off work that allowed me to rest.
The succulent leaf I picked at a property in Denman is sprouting nicely.
