Part of our largest border.

A Royal Papworth telephone appointment for my husband first thing this morning; they are recommending that we continue to shield, which is what we had planned to do anyway.
 
We had a brief visit from Victoria this morning, she is working from home, but she was having a walk in her lunch break.
 
Today’s picture is of part of our largest border at the top of the orchard. It has taken a long time to get this established, but the deer now seem to leave it alone most of the time. Maybe I have finally put in plants that they do not like. It will need to be cut back a little when the time is right.

The temperature was twenty-two degrees Celsius at GMT noon. We have had some rain, some sunshine and overcast skies and it has been exceeding windy.
