One Red Arrow And a Double Yoker

A contrived title and some history.

I know many people were disappointed that the Red Arrow Flypasts in remembrance of VJ were cancelled owing to the weather.

The weather today on the East Coast is mixed. The nights "are fair drawings in" and the Beech Trees are starting to turn to gold.

Today’s Blipfoto is of a Red Arrow pilot waiting to take off for to perform at the 2012 Flying Display at Leuchars. I must have been about 400 metres away when I took this.

Breakfast today featured a double yoker egg, the first I have ever cracked open. I figured it was worth an "extra".

Another frustrating day trying to contact The Council to sort out another act of stupidity committed by them.

Although there are phone numbers they are not in use.

A short factual email highlighting the stupidity with a copy sent to the relevant Councillor might just prise apart the impasse.

Mr and Mrs Dog are bringing Fish and Chips to us for our "tea".
We had planned to meet up with them in St Andrews, but our new car is still "in the post".

With luck that too, will appear in the next few days.
