I have been slightly relaxing the shopping process this week, only taking the two panniers for a big shop rather than both panniers, bar bag and rucksack, then popping for milks/bread on a separate journey. I would usually go the long way round the roundabout via the guardrail but it was quiet enough to be able to go across the middle.
