Cool food, hot day
It’s perhaps the last hot day of the year. I love hot weather but I’m starting to feel ready for autumn now.
I wanted to eat this Bulgarian-inspired salad in the proper style, with each diner only armed with a fork and everyone eats from the platter. But then I remembered that we are in the middle of a pandemic. So, plates it is :(
