Spot the Blipper
I parked opposite this building today and couldn't resist a reflective selfie.. Funny I'd parked in a disabled bay but my badge had expired, so I felt really guilty leaving the car there. When I got home I'd got an email from HM Gov saying that I should continue to use the old one until the new one arrived. That made me feel better.
Good easy drive in to see C today, parked OK too and was soon with her in her room. She was very placid today and I'd decided I would agree with most things she said so's not to argue about coming home etc. At the end of course I had to say she couldn't come with me but she was OK about it. Interestingly today she'd unpacked her bag and the drawers in the cabinet were organised. Now previously everything bar the stethoscope on the wall was to be foun d in her bag. Even her phone was in front of her today and I could see the charger just where I'd left it on Wednesday.
Pretty soon my allocated hour was up and so I accidentally forgot that and stayed another hour.
She was fine about my leaving just a small tear.
Home by 4 having filled up with petrol en Route. Booked car in for service and Mot. I must chase the electrician about my extra sockets this weekend then contact the plumber re the new boiler ASAP otherwise it'll be winter and my boiler won't work...
Sat in chair with a cup of tea and a bagel and nodded off to be awoke by C on the phone. She said that all the staff were ganging up on her and she was really frightened, what should she do?
What do you say.? Managed to get her calm before I rang off..
Dry day in the main but very windy.
Just done Cs washing won't hang it out as the wind is very strong.
May have cheese on toast tonight as I ate too much of the shepherd's pie last night.
Enjoy your weekend e eryone and thanks for all your encouragement. What would I do without you all xx
