Sussex Wines

Spent a very enjoyable day with the team from Bluebell Vineyard producers of some excellent sparking wines under the "Hindleap" label or some traditional white wines under the "Ashdown" label.

They have been producing wine for the past 11 years. It is described as 'vintage' since most wine is given between 18 and 60 months to mature. Beaujolais Nouveau this most certainly isn't.

Came away with some bottles to enjoy having tasted quite a few during the morning - well it would have been rude to have refused wouldn't it?
