On Our Travels

On our way to Scotland.
Spotted this Quality Street lorry on the A1M
Wonder if it’s full of Big Purple Ones.
...or Fruit Cremes?
Or maybe it’s just full of chocolate :)

In a hire van as we were collecting some furniture and other items from my late father-in-law’s home in Edinburgh.
However, we initially bypassed the capital and headed straight to Fife to see my dad and also the nursing home where my mum now lives.
We weren’t able to see mum at all but I can visualise where she is now.
Longing for the day when I can visit her and give her a hug.

Headed back towards Edinburgh in the late afternoon and met up with hubby’s siblings and their other halves.

Lovely to see several family members but a sad and poignant day too.
