Zeiss binoculars!

I’ve had a pair of Zeiss binoculars for a few years. The other day I picked them up to use them and they literally fell apart at the hinge and broke in two. I posted this on Facebook and a friend saw it & put me in touch with Zeiss. They actually sent me a brand new pair of binoculars, an upgrade worth twice what I paid for mine. What outstanding customer service. I am a Zeiss fan for life!
