Honey and Mustard Roast Gammon

It was really good and it usually is when bought from Swiss Farm (see yesterday's blip) Accompanied with roasted parsnips, baby carrots, lyonnaise potatoes and sweetheart cabbage. For dessert home made apple and fruit strudel and custard and cream.
