Rainbow

The weather has been sunny, rainy, windy .....but warm today! This beautiful double rainbow appeared above the Rowan tree this evening .....the setting sun must have caught the rain .....we always called this ( rain and sun) a ‘ monkeys wedding’ as children in Africa. 
Mum is doing well , we’ve been out for coffee with her friends today and to purchase a new gas fire. Left her eating a good lunch. I’ve started making a good meal round about lunchtime each day then it doesn’t matter if she only snacks at night because she’s too tired to cook. 
The extra is a field of something ( possibly chicory) growing in a field nearby.
