Walking on the sand

The beach looked huge this afternoon, the tide line was a long way out making it all look quite unfamiliar. We arrived to a full car park, all sensibly parked but once on the beach hardly a soul to be seen, perfect. We headed back towards the machair which is still looking very pretty, such a pleasure to wander around this area. And not a spot of rain when down there, unlike the rest of the day.
