Manse Lane, Stromness

Before embarking to Hoy I took a spin over to Stromness, hence the quick Blip of Manse Lane.

Ziberoonie nearly lost the plot right from the off because we were told by the ferry crew we had not booked on the boat (when in fact we had). Boat full to the gunwhales.

On arrival at site we shifted the scaffolding but then became festooned with midges. We prayed for sun or wind and they gradually abated. I don't know how it's happened but we arrived with five bottles of malt. It's going to be a long week......
