Coloured leaves

Hydrangeas are lovely. I have quite a few in the garden. This one has lots of leaves and not many flowers. Or should I say coloured leaves.

HtP went to see his mum today with his daughter. I’ve painted the skirting boards in the dining room but only after I’d found lots of other tasks to do. I’ve never painted a skirting board before. The ones in Scotland were nice wood and varnished. I’ve spent time lying on the floor painting them. They’ll need another coat tomorrow.
