Just Checking....

A dull grey day from dawn to dusk. Maisie and I walked very early. Here she is checking out interesting smells in the riverbank.... very likely water rats’ abodes. Friends visited us this morning. Sue and I went and checked out an “Open Home”. A near neighbour’s home is is on the market and I confess to being nosy. It is a lovely house and garden. This afternoon I gave our vegetable garden some well overdue attention... weeding then planting vegetables.... until the rain started.
