Time Travelling

Found myself with some time to kill today and was near Pollock Halls, where I stayed when I first moved to Edinburgh in Oct 1990.

The house I stayed in - Brewster - is no longer. It has been replaced with a bigger building called 'The Crags' which would have been where the modern building on the right is.

My room had a great third floor view on to those crags but turning into this road, the view that would have greeted me on the way home each day, possibly as I headed to the dining hall (building on right), I transported back to being my 17 year old self for a brief moment.

Odd.

Nostalgia for a time I'm not even really nostalgic about!
