... a Double Dahlia Day.

I think I made the right decision, since shortly after taking the photos in Valley Gardens, the rain came on. Whilst a few raindrops might have enhanced the images, I would have got rather wet.

The dahlias always have curious names - in this case, the purplish pink one is called Dorothy Rose and the red collarette is named Don Hill! It makes a change because my people shots are normally anonymous.
