Oops...

I did it again!

Squeezed in a Sunday early early morning run before work with the guys from work that weren't going to work!

You get that???!

(one has the day off and the other is now on another shift rota from us)


Mr J was still in bed from his day/night adventure yesterday.
He came back from his walk grinning like a cheshire cat, quick change and off for some food and drinks with his mates.


And the extra.... Toby (the dog!) being King of the Hill!
