Going.... but not yet Gone

I walked along the canal again today specifically to record the derelict factory currently in the process of being demolished. I had bigger lenses with me to capture some of the details from as close as I could get. I don't know what will be put in its place - housing or construction of some sort. Another part of Aylesbury will be changed forever.

Not so much wildlife around today but I managed one in-focus shot of a heron in flight (extra) - pure luck as, with the camera settings ready, it then stayed immobile on the canal bank.
