Fruits of my labour

Picked off three pumpkins today. Think possibly a bit early but we’re getting to a decent size so thought I would go for it. We got the plants from a pal so no idea how big they are supposed to get or what colour the flesh is so was a bit of a fingers crossed situation! After I cut into the first one I checked online to see if there was anything wrong with ‘unripe’ pumpkin and there didn’t seem to be so cubed and roasted. Tasted ok when cooked and now ready to go in a soup. This one is for later! And the third I have to a neighbour.
