Never on Sunday - But They Don’t Tell You

We drove from Wales to Chester to visit the Albion pub; Droog used to go there some years ago and wanted me to see it. It’s Victorian and has a lot of WWI memorabilia. It was shut. I rang to ask when it would open and the woman who answered said they hadn’t opened on Sunday for three or four years. When I said I’d looked them up on Google and their opening hours weren’t there, first she said they couldn’t put them there because arrangements were always changing due to Covid, and then that she couldn’t control what was on Google. We went back to Wales.
