Living in the past

With apologies to Jethro Tull.  We talked midweek about creating a restaurant experience at home, safe from the virus.  P and J took the challenge and produced a wonderful meal in the style of a local restaurant that we have visited together many times "Chez Pilou".  J did an amazing foie gras salad to start and both cooked the emblematic main; omelette aux cépes. All was magnificent and we enjoyed the experience very much, just like old (pre-covid) times.  The challenge now lies with us!
